Before I Held You: A Peek Into Your First Hello

Before your giggles echoed through our home...
Before I knew your strawberry-blonde hair would glow in the sunlight...
Before I held your tiny hand in mine—
I saw you.

Through the soft, black-and-white blur of our first ultrasound pictures, you made your debut. Wiggly. Mysterious. Already loved beyond words.

Those little snapshots were more than just medical moments. They were glimpses into the miracle you were becoming. I remember staring at that screen with wide eyes, hearing your heartbeat for the first time—thump-thump-thump—steady and strong, like a rhythm that would guide my world from that day forward.

Each ultrasound brought a new wave of wonder:
- The first flutter of movement
- The curve of your sweet little nose
- The moment I saw your tiny hand wave— like you were already saying "Hi, Mama!"

Here's a little peek at the moments when I first met you, even before your first breath in this big, beautiful world.

A Note From Mama's Heart:

Even before I held you, I knew you were something sacred.
Even before you kicked me, I felt your presence.
Even before I met you, I loved you completely.

Jesus says: "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.." - Jeremiah 1:5

Ariella, your story started long before you were born—and I'll keep writing it with you, every single day.

Love,
Mama
